Your credentials can be logged in on only one device at a time. A second login signs the first out.

Refund policy
Refunds are available only if your IPTV credentials fail to work and support cannot resolve the issue.
Fair use
Sharing credentials, reselling, or bypassing the one-device limit may result in suspension without refund.
Service disclaimer
ProFlux TV is a middleware and IPTV aggregation service. We do not host or own third-party content. Availability varies by region.
1. Subscription
Subscriptions are billed at $15 USD per month. Access is delivered to your dashboard after payment is confirmed. You can cancel anytime; access remains active until the current period ends.
2. Refunds
Refunds are granted only when the IPTV credentials delivered do not authenticate and support cannot provide working credentials within a reasonable timeframe. Personal preference, incompatible hardware, ISP throttling, or content availability are not eligible.
3. Single-device usage
Each subscription is bound to one active session. Streaming on multiple devices simultaneously disconnects the earlier session and may trigger temporary lockouts.
4. Downloads & offline viewing
Downloaded titles are for personal offline viewing only and remain tied to an active subscription.
5. Support
Support is available through the dashboard inbox.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard. Continued use means acceptance.
