Downloads & offline

On mobile apps that support VOD downloads, you can save movies and series episodes directly to your device. Downloaded titles remain playable offline for as long as your subscription is active.

How fast is delivery?+
Access is normally delivered in a few minutes after payment. If it takes longer, support is available around the clock.
Can I use it on more than one device?+
One subscription allows one device at a time. Signing in on a second device disconnects the first automatically.
What's the refund policy?+
We issue refunds only if the IPTV credentials we send fail and we cannot fix them. See Terms & Refund Policy.
Can I pay with crypto?+
Yes. Checkout supports card or crypto including BTC, ETH, USDT and more via NOWPayments.
Do you keep my data?+
We store only the account details and order history needed to provide the service. We never ask for your personal email or phone number.
Which quality do you stream in?+
Streams are delivered in FHD by default, with 4K UHD on channels and VOD that support it.
